Saudi TMP VISUM

The Saudi Transport Master Plan (TMP) will depend extensively on the outputs of the transport model (understood to be a combination of VISUM and TRIMODE). So far, little information is available on how the model is being operated in Saudi Arabia, so it is difficult to know to what extent to TMP should be based on their outputs. It is known that VISUM is a standard four stage transport model. Some of the details of its application to Saudi Arabia are provided in the material of the training course that has been given to MOT Staff. But the extent to which its outputs can be used depends on the details of how it is being/has been applied. The following questions are aimed at eliciting enough information to better understand how the model is being applied.
